We collect only the information required to operate ExpiryVault. Document metadata and uploaded files are scoped to your organization and never shared with third parties except for infrastructure providers (Neon, Cloudflare R2, Resend) as required to deliver the service.

You control your data exports and can request data removal at any time by contacting support.
